GameTap 'leaks' franchises coming to service

In one of the funnier announcements we've ever seen, GameTap's forums released (and we've confirmed that it's legit) a bevy of franchises coming to the service. Although no release dates have been given -- except for Hitman: Codename 47 coming this Thursday -- we do have the list of franchises expected on the service very soon.

Hitman
Thief
BloodRayne
The Legacy of Kain

They also announced that Wing Commander IV is coming (the one with Mark Hamill and Thomas "Hey, McFly" Wilson as Maniac). As much as we enjoy getting our GameTap info through forum posts like this, we don't expect it to become a habit -- but it was fun.

Agent 47 has attached some wiring to the toaster's plug so it'll stay on even with new toasters having a ground-fault trip.

The only thing I don't like about that picture is that Myth Busters totally already busted the whole "kill someone by throwing an electrical appliance into the tub with them" myth. :(

Thief is a great series. Fun gameplay, interesting characters, simultaneously interesting, beautiful, and creepy environments. I hope GameTap introduces it to more players.

Rare Hare you have a screw loose. Myth Busters CONFIRMED it can happen. It's just that modern electronics like hair dryers are outfitted with ground-trip faults that immediately turns them off when the current becomes high like in water. However Agent 47 has set wires direct from a socket onto the plug of the toaster causing a short and won't trip the fault and thus will electrocute the target in the bath tub.
